You have up to 30 days after purchase to exchange or return. Just send us an email at return@domybeststore.com and we will provide you with a RMA#, after we received the return item we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Please read the following details about your return:


For Baby products item please packed correctly with unopened product only. Any opened and used product cannot be refund. Please ship the product with FedEx, UPS Store or USPS and including your return form together. All Baby product with Expiration on the package will be charging up to 25% restocking fee due to the lost value policy.
